OverUnder ("we", "us") operates the overunder.gr website and related API, providing a read-only football analytics and pick-tracking dashboard.
The public dashboard does not require registration and we do not ask you to create an account. We do not intentionally collect personal data such as your name, email address, or payment details through the website.
When you visit the site, standard web server logs may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, request time, and pages viewed. This data is used only for security, debugging, and basic operational monitoring.
Any technical log data we process is used to:
• Operate and secure the Service
• Diagnose errors and improve reliability
• Monitor API usage and server health
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your visit data for targeted advertising.
We do not use optional analytics cookies unless you accept them separately (see section 9 below).
Football fixtures, statistics, and odds displayed on the site are retrieved from external providers (including API-Football). Because our backend servers retrieve this data directly, your personal data and IP address are not shared with these third-party providers when you use the Service. Our backend may store aggregated match and pick data in a local database to power historical statistics — this does not include personal visitor information.
Server logs are retained for a limited period necessary for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymised. Historical pick and match data is retained for analytics and calibration purposes.
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold about you. Because the Service collects minimal personal data and does not use accounts, our ability to identify you to fulfill such requests may be limited. The Service is hosted on a Virtual Private Server (VPS) located in the European Union. By using the site, you acknowledge that technical log data is processed in the EU in accordance with applicable data protection standards.
The Service is strictly for users aged 21 and over. It is not directed at anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and may terminate access if we become aware that a user is underage.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to collect anonymous usage statistics — for example, which pages are viewed and general device type. We do not use these cookies for advertising or profiling.
Legal basis: your free consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Google Analytics does not load unless you click Accept on the cookie banner.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time using Cookie settings below. Declining or resetting removes Google analytics cookies from your browser. You can also clear site data for overunder.gr manually in your browser settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
